It’s actually a balanced variant for their well-known XP-2 Bluetooth DAC/AMP. XP-2 Bal has got a balanced interface in the form of a 4.4mm balanced output. XP-2 Bal houses Qualcomm’s highly-acclaimed CSR8675 Bluetooth chipset. It enables Bluetooth V5.0 connectivity with a stable, lag-free connection on the device. XP-2 Bal supports all advanced high-definition codecs including LDAC, AptX HD, AptX LL, AAC, and SBC. LDAC transmission allows for high-definition signal transmission with a bitrate as high as 24-Bit/96kHz. Another key feature of the XP-2 Bal is the NFC connectivity, it allows the users to pair it with NFC-enabled devices with a single tap.

xDuoo XP-2 Bal houses ES9018K2M DAC chipset. It’s a high-performance 32-Bit DAC chipset from ESS Sabre Technologies. It enables high-resolution audio signal decoding with the XP-2 Bal. xDuoo has also featured XMOS’s 2nd gen XMOS XU208 USB Processor. XP-2 Bal supports decoding for all leading audio formats. It supports up to 32-Bit/384kHz PCM and native DSD256 audio signals. Users can use the XP-2 Bal as a high-res USB DAC with smartphones and PC/Laptops.

xDuoo has equipped the XP-2 Bal with a precisely designed OP+BUF chipset-based headphone amplifier circuit. With the SE output, it has a power rating of up to 180mW @ 32Ω load. xDuoo XP-2 Bal allows you to take your phone calls with its built-in microphone. It supports crisp voice pickup with the help of Qualcomm’s cVc 8.0 noise reduction technology built into its microphone.
