TRI Audio is a premium side of KBEAR. Most of us audio enthusiasts are familiar with both brands as they are among the top earphone brands based in China. On one hand, where KBEAR offers a wide range of in-ear monitors in the budget segment, TRI Audio is dedicated to premium high-end earphones. Today, TRI Audio has launched its latest dual-driver hybrid IEMs. the TRI Meteor.

Meteor is more of an affordable offering from TRI Audio priced launched at 119$ currently, as a pre-order bonus, the pair is priced at 99$. It adopts a dual-driver hybrid configuration consisting of a powerful dynamic driver and a high-performance Knowles BA unit on each side. They have featured a 10mm large dynamic driver with a beryllium-plated diaphragm. Beryllium-plated and pure BE(beryllium) diaphragm are the most widely used diaphragm materials in today’s date. They offer impressive lower-end clarity with a solid rigidity to the diaphragm coil. This dynamic driver is paired with Knowles 29689 high-resolution balanced armature driver unit that provides the pair with ultimate clarity and refined sound throughout a wide frequency response range.

If you have looked at previous earphones by TRI you might know that they design some brilliant-looking designs for their ear shells. The cavities here feature a glittery face cover that has shimmery silver embellishments on it. The shells here are completely handcrafted for a unique look with each set. TRI has crafted the cavities out of skin-friendly egger resin material. They are not only robust but also have an ergonomic shape to them for a perfect fit.

TRI has designed a special high-purity 8-core 5N braided OFC(oxygen-free copper) cable with a black PVC insulation on top of it. This cable is of fine quality with a soft texture and feel. It provides the best experience for the users with the TRI Meteor.
