Darwin Audio Architecture is the heart and core of the RS2. It makes the RS2 stand out from the competition with its outstanding performance. Darwin is based around the R2R ladder array arrangement evolving its capabilities with modern features. It brings various different functions such as phase linearity compensation for the R2R ladder array effectively reducing THD in the output, 256-tap adjustable FIR filter allowing your RS2 to pair well with different earphones and IEMs,  and NOS/OS mode switch. The Darwin Architecture makes the RS2 a highly versatile player that can be used with different IEMs and earphones.

HiBy has made a powerful output amp stage around the R2R-based Darwin architecture. The player features a current mode amplification setup consisting of an OPA1652 OPAMP chip in the current stage and two OPA1612 chips in the LPF circuit. It produces a clean and powerful output that will help the user drive different IEMs and HPs easily. RS2 houses a 3.5mm single-ended and another 4.4mm balanced headphone connection port. There’s also a 3.5mm Line-out port that also provides coaxial digital output to other DACs in your chain.

HiBY RS2-3

RS2 is a pure audiophile dedicated music player. It comes loaded with the HiBy OS PureAudio version. There are no shackles of multiple applications or anything else, just a pure music user interface specially designed for system-level Hi-Res audio signal processing. It has a hassle-free UI that provides a clean, pure audio pathway, making sure you get a simple, elegant, easy-to-use user interface.

HiBy RS2 has got a compact form factor. The outer chassis is made up of high-quality aluminum alloy material. It houses a small colorful touchscreen display. It houses dual microSD card slots where users can put 2TB memory chips on each slot. Both the microSD card slots work simultaneously.
