The A&K Kann Alpha is equipped with a powerful Dual DAC setup featuring two latest ES9068AS DAC chips. These chips are arranged in a dual-mono configuration and offer brilliant sound signal decoding. The player can decode PCM up to 32-Bit/384kHz, and DSD up to DSD256 natively. The DAC setup decodes the audio signal with ultra-high precision providing a crisp sound quality with a wide stage presentation. The player can also be used as a USB DAC with a Windows PC or MAC.
Full MQA Support:-
MQA decoding is kind of a must-have feature in today’s DAPs. The A&K Kann Alpha supports full 8X MQA files unfolding. It can also decode MQA -CD playback when playing MQA-CDs using the A&K CD-Ripper.
Fully Balanced 4.4mm Output Port:-
The A&K Kann Alpha is actually the first hi-res player from the brand with a fully balanced 4.4mm NDICS Pentaconn headphone jack.
